Our WALAstic floor tiles fulfil all these requirements. Originally developed as industrial flooring, our PVC tiles are particularly robust and can therefore also meet the high demands placed on sports floors.

WALAstic floors for sports
WALAstic Clip – the 6mm tile is an excellent fitness room floor covering
The 6mm Clip Tile can be laid quickly and easily by the user and taken up again without any residue. This is especially an important prerequisite for rental properties and flexible sports floor areas. Bonding to the subfloor or welding the joints is not necessary with this gym floor (but possible if it is to be 100% liquid-tight). The sports floor is already waterproof due to the clipping. This means that the floor can not only be used for renovating old subfloors, but is also suitable as a cover for sensitive floor surfaces in sports halls in the event of alternative sports events.
Due to the simple and quick installation, the fitness floor is not only suitable for commercial use in fitness studios, but also excellent as a floor covering for fitness rooms in the private sector.
These PVC floor slabs are available with matching Rabbet Tiles to ensure a barrier-free finish. The sports floor made of recycled PVC is available in black and anthracite and in “napped” surface texture. The 6mm Clip Tile made of new PVC is available in many other colours. On request, the sports floor can also be manufactured in your studio or club colour.
WALAstic Clip Tile 15mm
We recommend the WALAstic Clip Tile 15mm as a sports floor for special challenges, e.g. in the cross-fit area. The cavities on the reverse side enable the fitness floor to be also be laid on soiled or damp floors. The particularly high strength of the tiles ensures that they can withstand even extreme loads, e.g. when barbells are used (the prerequisite in these cases is of course a stable subfloor – contact us!).
The WALAstic Clip Tile 15mm can also be laid in a floating manner. A gluing to the reverse side or welding of the individual tiles is therefore not necessary. This makes this sports floor also ideal for rental properties and can be laid by yourself and, if necessary, taken up again without residue.
If the sports floor covering is to be completely liquid-tight, cold- and thermal welding is also possible with these floor tiles.
The Walastic Clip Tile is also ideal for equipping individual areas in the gym. This is made possible by matching Rabbet Tiles, which ensure a barrier-free transition.
The WALAstic Clip Tile in 15mm is available in black and anthracite and in „smooth“ and „grained“ surface textures.
