WALAstic rabbet tiles are completely bonded and then cold welded and heat-sealed. The flooring is entirely sealed.
Seams can be colour-sealed to indicate different areas.

Our newly developed WALAstic Rabbet Tile with fluted surface is not only particularly slip-resistant (R12/V10), it’s also much easier to clean, due to the lack of indentations in the surface.
This makes it to a perfect solution for large kitchens and wet areas.

WALA PVC FLOOR Tiles
The alternative for commercial kitchens and restaurants
Our flooring has been used for years in commercial kitchens in the hospital sector, in gastronomy, in hotel kitchens, dairies and cheese factories, snack bars, butcheries, bakeries and in the food production sector .
When desired the tiles can also be made from virgin PVC.
The floor in large kitchens and restaurants has to be hygienic and easy to clean.
The WALA rabbet tiles are completely liquid-tight, hygienic and easy to clean (in accordance with the HACCP guidelines). The surface of the plastic floor ensures slip resistance and is resistant to chemicals and grease.
Our newly developed WALAstic Rabbet Tile with fluted surface stands out in particular:
The new surface impresses with particularly high R12 slip resistance values and is therefore ideal for damp areas.
Slip-resistant properties and easy cleaning results do not necessarily have to contradict each other! Due to the lack of indentations in the surface, the new WALAstic Rabbet Tile is even easier to clean.
The PVC kitchen floor is characterized by a particularly high load capacity. The floor panels are dimensionally stable and pressure-resistant, and even heavy trolleys are not a challenge for the WALA rabbet tiles.
Loud clanging - when metal parts fall down - is a thing of the past with the WALA rabbet tiles thanks to its excellent sound-absorbing properties.
Thanks to the high elasticity of the floor tiles, working on the commercial kitchen floor made of WALAstic tiles is particularly easy on the joints. At the same time, the material has an insulating effect. Because of that the commercial kitchen floor keeps a pleasant temperature.
Commercial kitchen floor - easy and quick to lay
The WALA commercial kitchen floor can be laid quickly and easily, even during operation, and can be loaded immediately. The floor is completely liquid-tight thanks to the professional installation with full-surface gluing and welding.
The WALA cove moulding skirting allows the use of our floor-tiles in particularly sensitive areas. This is a hygienic, easy-to-clean and visually appealing solution.Should the PVC floor be damaged, individual floor panels can be replaced quickly and easily.
With a height of 160 mm, it seamlessly conforms to the amount of wall pro- tection often desired in this area. With the new coordinated inside and outside corners, it is furnished not only with a prefabricated notch for connection to the next board, but also with a lip for the sealing compound. The back side is rounded allowing a better fit to non-angular walls and corners.

Design options with the WALA rabbet tiles
The WALA rabbet tile made of recycled PVC is available in the surface finishes "smooth" and "grained" and the colors black and anthracite. When desired the tiles can also be made from virgin PVC.
Different working areas can be identified by marking with varicolored strips or tiles or by using printed tiles.
