WALAstic workshop flooring consists of individual PVC floor tiles with the appropriate additional products (elastic reinforcement, inside and outside corners, step-up tiles, stair tiles, etc.) which makes it ideal for installation during on-going production. The PVC workshop floor tiles can be easily laid in sections around machines and shelves. This avoids unnecessary downtime.

WALAstic rabbet tiles are completely bonded and then cold welded and heat-sealed. The flooring is entirely sealed.

Our newly developed WALAstic Rabbet Tile with fluted surface is not only particularly slip-resistant (R12/V10), it’s also much easier to clean, due to the lack of indentations in the surface.

Our WALAstic workshop flooring provides you with workshop flooring which is extremely resilient while still having a high elasticity that is proven to be joint-friendly.
Please note that WALAstic industrial flooring is made of recycled material, rendering it especially environmentally-friendly.
The workshop flooring for all applications
The WALAstic workshop flooring does not have any special requirements regarding the subfloor. A stable and even surface is all you need to be able to install the new PVC workshop tiles. The WALAstic 15mm clip tile reverse side has integrated struts and cavities, rendering it even suitable for the refurbishment of oil-stained, dirt-covered workshop flooring with residual dampness. For example, rental premises where sealing is not possible, or as a replacement for work matting surrounding machines.
All WALAstic PVC rabbet floor tiles can be installed in a floating or bonded manner. While the bonded and then sealed workshop flooring is completely leak-proof, the floating installation of the workshop floor tiles means that they can be easily removed and installed in another location. WALAstic PVC rabbet floor tiles are therefore ideally suitable for rental premises or also with the appropriate choice of colour, for presentation areas or for trade fair flooring made of new PVC. For workshops with pallet trolleys and forklifts we recommend the bonded option which is cold-welded and heat-sealed.
WALAstic recycled-PVC workshop flooring is available in the colours black and anthracite. Individual working areas can be colour-sealed using our coloured welding strips. We can also print your logos, pictograms and markings directly on WALA industrial flooring.
The WALA clip tiles and the WALA rabbet tiles manufactured from virgin PVC are available in 12 colours. We are also happy to produce the PVC tiles in your corporate/requested colours.Recycled and new PCV tiles can of course be combined.
WALAstic Rabbet Tiles – Heavy Duty
We offer the WALAstic rabbet tiles for fully leak-proof and forklift-resistant industrial flooring (also suitable for trolleys and pallet-trucks). This tile must be professionally laid. The tile is completely bonded using our 2-part Polyurethane Flooring Adhesive WL 200 and then cold and heat-sealed. Cold welding agents dissolve the PVC of the rabbet tile. Both PVC floor tiles are thus joined together. After this, the joint is stripped and heat-sealed with a PVC weld cable.

Thanks to its resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis, the new surface is also perfectly suited as a factory floor, as quick cleaning is guaranteed.
